Our staff is comprised of the area’s finest industry professionals, including:

Behavioral Health Professionals (BHP)
The primary responsibility of the Behavioral Health Professional is to provide services for persons with mental retardation or autism. They focus on behavior management and physical development,  promoting self maintenance, physical fitness, self awareness, and self motivation. Behavioral Health Professionals also address sensory, motor and psychological needs, in order to improve the quality of life for those with disabilities. 

Certified Personal Support Specialists (CPSS)
The primary responsibility of the Certified Personal Support Specialist is to provide services that assist the client in achieving a greater independence in their home. These include: bathing, dressing, ambulation (walking) and transfers, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and respite (relief) for family members. Services are directed by the client / responsible family member.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
The primary responsibility of the certified nursing assistant is to provide complete personal care to individuals in the home, and to perform homemaking tasks, which are deemed medically necessary to promote a healthy and safe environment.

Independent Support Services Workers (ISS)
The primary responsibility of the Independent Support Services Worker is to provide services which will assist the client to achieve greater independence in the home.  Services are directed by the client/ responsible family member.

Long Term Care RNs (LTC)
The Long Term Care RN provides monthly assessment and supervision of care. The RN is responsible for conducting a general health assessment and reviewing and updating the plan of care to accommodate client’s needs,. They also check medications and review side effects, fill medication boxes, fill insulin syringes, administer flu shots, allergy shots and other injections if necessary.  In addition, the LTC can perform venipuncture per physician’s order, and collection of lab specimens as ordered, as well as address any problems and evaluate staff performance with plan of care.
